Move better, feel better. You are put through a comprehensive workout consisting of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning. Learn to perform movements that best suit your body through a variety of methods using body weight, dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX, and medicine balls to elevate your fitness level.
You receive nutrition and wellness coaching. Revive and restore your metabolism and immune system and a great quality of life will follow. You will receive meal plans and ongoing revisions based on bi-weekly check-ins via email. Expand your knowledge and practice of healthy eating under my guidance. Available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants.
Extensive experience allows me to guide you towards better health by learning to maximize the effects of your training when outside of the gym. Learn rest and recovery techniques, mindfulness practices, and other mind/body tools.
