Garrett led a full-capacity mobility and strength HIIT class in partnership with the Fabletics sportswear brand. You will receive meal plans and ongoing revisions based on bi-weekly check-ins via email. Expand your knowledge and practice of healthy eating under my guidance. Available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants.
