Garrett hosted a special event in partnership with Inca Social Latin Kitchen in Vienna, Va. The event featured a bootcamp workout focusing on finding your body’s natural movement ranges, high intensity intervals, a core blast, and a yoga flow cooldown. Afterward, Garrett gave his thoughts on nutrition as the kitchen had nutritious options for well deserved healthy eating after a hard workout.
